ALIM's 40th Annual Assembly will be held at Delfines Hotel & Convention Center
Registration
Sunday, November 27, from 11:00 to 19:00 hours
On Monday, November 28, registration has been scheduled between 08:00 and 08:30 a.m. for those participants who did not do it the day before.
Participants may register for the event and collect their materials at the Foyer of Delfines Hotel & Convention Center.
Sessions
The work sessions will be held in the Mediterranean Rooms B and C according to the program. There will be simultaneous translation services (Spanish-English-Spanish), and audiovisual equipment for those presentations that require it.
The session presidents will be responsible for conducting them within the framework of the methodology established by the organization.
The presentation about ALIM member countries will be held on Monday, November 28.
Technical Talks
Those interested in attending exclusively the Technical Talks, which will take place on Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 November, from 03:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., may do so upon registration for an amount of US$ 300.00
Exhibition of companies, institutions, and products
Exhibition stands will be installed in the Mediterranean Room A, Hall and Foyer. Those attending the assembly will be able to appreciate the leading products and services of the participating companies and institutions. The exhibition can be visited from Monday, November 28.
Refreshments, lunches, and dinners
Refreshments will be served in Mediterranean Room A, Hall and Foyer, where the exhibition stands will be located.
Lunch on Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 November will be at the Terrace of Delfines Hotel & Convention Center.
Two dinners are scheduled outside the assembly venue, as well as the closing lunch on Wednesday, November 28. Participants will be transferred by bus.
Airport - Hotel Transfer
We have planned for all participants to be picked up from the airport and transferred to their chosen hotel.
